GOLDEN JUBILEE

Sisters of the Holy Spirit celebrated its 5o years of Missionary life in India as well as the 25 years of the existence of the Indian Province on 4th January 2023. It was a day of great gratitude towards God for leading the congregation on its missionary journey and also all who walked along with us in the past 50 fruitful years. Rt. Rev. Dr. Thomas Dabre , the Bishop of Pune solemnized the Thanksgiving Eucharist. The Theme of the Jubilee was “50 Grateful years in the footsteps of Jesus”.

The First batch of Indian sisters and who pioneered the Mission (Sr. M. Edith Panakal, Sr. M. Viola Parokkaran, Sr. M. Silvia Elanjikal, Sr. M. Alphonsa Poovakkot, Sr. M. Agathe Varekkulam, Sr. M. Gregoria Thachil, Sr. M. Carmen Asariparampil, Sr. Marline Parakkadan, Sr. Thomasia Maliekal, Sr. Deodata Arikkadan) were felicitated and congratulated for their daring zeal and committed services.

On this memorable day the Silver jubilee of Sr. Rosemary Elavumkal, Sr. Maria Plathottathil, Sr. M. Sneha Erumachadath, Sr. M. Arpita Aickanadan, Sr. M. Shiny Kuttikkattukunnel, Sr. M. Daisy Parambi, Sr. M. Christina Kollamkudy, Sr. M. Smita Theeyattuparambil , Sr. M. Regeena Anithottathil was also celebrated.
